Summary: Good stay. Good communication from staff as we had some changes to our reservation. As a recommendation the hotel should advertise a pets rate on Hotels.ca. We wanted a pet friendly room but they had none available and we found this out after we booked.

Summary: Good location, easily walkable to restaurants and the Main Street. Hotel itself is quite old feeling and noise travelled. Issues opening our door due to not unlocking so had to attempt multiple times every time we came back.

Summary: Unfortunately, we were impacted by avalanche control road closures and were unable to get to this property on the night of the reservation. The communication with the hotel was excellent the whole time and they were most helpful and understanding. A refund was issued without any hassle on our part - we are very grateful for their great service and prompt response.
